Terms and Conditions

*Warranty/Returns 

Beesneez Microphones include a 3 year conditional warranty with your microphone purchase. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect the microphone within 5 days of taking delivery. Please retain your proof of purchase in order for warranty to be granted. A copy of your proof of purchase must be included with your microphone when returning, also needed is a detailed note explaining the problem that you are experiencing and contact information. It is the purchasers responsibility to supply the proof of purchase, so please retain this for your records. Please do not attempt to service your own microphone. Contact must be made with Beesneez Microphones prior to returning your microphone and authorisation will be given for its return. Products must be returned in good condition. Any item that is returned damaged is not covered under warranty. Warranty will only cover a manufacturing defect. No other forms of warranty are implied or promised.  

Ribbons: ribbons are warranted for one year. However, if your ribbon is damaged because of misuse then repairs will be subject to costs.   

Microphone Capsules: Every effort is made to protect your capsule in shipping. You will find that the wire is glued to the capsule to help you avoid moving it and to make it easier for you to install. If the centre wire connection is damaged because the glue is removed, or you attempt to tighten the screws, then warranty may be void. 

+All shipping expenses are to be met by the microphone owner (after the first thirty days of ownership) unless the item is damaged, then shipping costs will be at the owners expense. 

Taxes: The purchaser is responsible for any import duties or taxes or duties that the puchasers government might impose. 

Bank Fees: Beesneez Microphones are not responsible for any charges that individual banks might charge on credit card purchases. 

Returns: We are so sure that you will love owning a Beesneez Microphone that if the choice you made was not perfect for you, then something else will be. So please notify us within 5 days of receiving the microphone and return it to us in new condition and you will be able to exchange it for another model. Shipping expenses are to met by the purchaser. Should you not be able to find an alternative microphone and wish to return the microphone for a refund, you will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and shipping expenses, as this product is no longer new and can not be sold as new stock. Please note: no refunds will be given if the items have been tampered with or show signs of wear. If you item had free shipping at the time of purchase, then the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund as will any bank fee incurred by Beesneez Microphones.

Shipping Times: Most items are ready to ship at the time of purchase. If you have a specific requirement please contact Beesneez first to see if you will experience a delay in shipping. Beesneez do not accept and liability for  loss of income because of a delay in shipping or warranty repair. However if we are aware of your situation we will do all we can to meet your needs.
